麦垛山矿井2煤顶板水清污分排方案研究

摘要: 为了减轻麦垛山矿井水处理运行压力、减少能耗,分析评价了现有排水系统现状,根据麦垛山矿井水包括清水和污水两部分的实际特点,对主水平及辅助水平排水能力进行了校核,提出对工作面顶板疏放水和受到矿井污染的矿井水进行清水与污水分开排放的理念。矿井水清污分排方案的实施将大幅减少矿井污水的排水量,对节能降耗具有重要意义,可为同类水文复杂矿井提供借鉴。

Abstract: To reduce the operating pressure of water treatment and decrease the power cost in Maiduo Coal Mine, according the practical character of mine water (mine water contains two part: clean water from the roof coal seam 2 and sewerage from mining), this article appraised the present drain system, checked the draining capacity in main and assistant level, and finally proposed the concept draining clean water and sewerage respectively. This project will decrease the total quantity of drain during mining, play an important role in energy saving, and provide an experience to similar complex hydrological mine.
